Robyn and I went to the state fair today and there were so many people there. It's not that often that you end up being in a sea of people. So fun. Good people watching! Tired now.

Day 365
Well, this is my 365th day! I can't believe I've been doing this for a year! It has not always been easy to get a picture posted, but I've only missed one day! It's been hard to decide where to go from here, but I think I'm going to take a break from posting everyday. I'm still going to be posting, but I want to be a little more thoughtful about my posts.
Thank you to everyone who has been following along in this little experiment with me! I hope you still join me for wherever this good next. It's pretty exciting to feel the freedom of a next step and a new adventure. 😀

Day 353 - Great Hope Get Together
We had so much fun today at the Great Hope Get Together! Robyn had to work, but I had my niece and nephew with me. I manned the kids inflatables for a bit and it was hot hot hot out! So happy for the breeze! When we got back to the house...game time!!

Day 351 - Morning Commute
It's 10:40pm, which is past my proper bedtime, and I realize that I have been fiddling in my phone all night, but haven't posted my picture for the day. Then I think, I hope I actually took a picture today! But then I remember, I slyly snapped one off this morning on my way to work. I hate commuting, but the morning sky is beautiful.

Day 350 - Red Barn Farm
I was completely inspired tonight! What a fun concept for a...I don't even know what to call it. There is this farm called Red Barn Farm where you go and order a pizza, made with fresh ingredients, some from the gardens on the farm, and cooked in a brick oven on the property. Picnic style, meaning you bring your own drinks, sides, plates, cups, picnic blanket or chairs etc. and have a picnic. They provide the pizza and that's it. There are chickens and horses for the kids to looks at/pet/feed a little. It did take awhile for us to get a pizza (we were pizza numbers 334 & 335) but it was fantastic.
It felt like we were going to a old fashioned picnic at someone's house, which, is actually just what we did. But walking up to it was like we were going somewhere familiar or like a family wedding or something. They had an old fashioned sounding jazz band playing until about 7:30pm and they were really good. A friend suggested it and I'm so glad she did. We met her and her little girls and had a great evening.

Day 345 - Half Day
I had a half day at work today, so I was able to spend some quality time with this lady. (aka mama 😀) we went and got some lunch and then some supplies for the weekend...
It's actually a little sad how excited I am about this little stack of fabric. Planning on making something hopefully fantastic this weekend. That's the idea at least.
Also, I couldn't help but add this picture below. It reminds me that Fall is not that far away and we need to really enjoy the summer while it's still here. Maybe I should take a short swimming break tomorrow if it's nice out.
Thanks for stopping in to read my little blog. Have a great night!
